Supervisory Experience - Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment Problem-Solving Mindset - Quick thinking and effective decision-making Resilience & Adaptability - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) - Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain - Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage What You'll Do: Freight & Logistics Coordination - Keep deliveries running on time and on track Warehouse & Team Leadership - Supervise operations and forklift drivers Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met Load Planning & Scheduling - Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance Resource Management - Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel Process Enforcement - Maintain high operational standards and procedures We welcome candidates from high-intensity industries like logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail—even if you haven't worked in transport before.
