The Role Acting as Product Owner for Salesforce across the Nextt Group, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You’ll analyse, design, and deliver Salesforce-enabled business processes that improve efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and support organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and facilitating workshops to capture requirements and spark innovation. • Translating data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports. • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Crafting clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria. • Partnering across Central Services, Finance, and Client Experience to streamline workflows. • Driving user adoption and leading change management for new features. • Supporting the ongoing enhancement of Salesforce capabilities across the business. About You You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives on turning complex requirements into simple, effective solutions. You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you’ll bring: • 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large or complex environments. • 3 years’ hands-on Salesforce experience & relevant salesforce qualifications. • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and process automations. • Experience in healthcare or financial services (NDIS sector experience advantageous). • Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). • Proficiency with diagramming software (e.g. Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio). • Strong communication and change management skills.
