As a Production Worker operating their manufacturing machinery you will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and efficiency within our client's manufacturing and production processes. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain poly pipe production machinery Monitor for optimal performance and quality, performing routine maintenance and basic repairs, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards Inspect raw materials and finished products, managing workflow, recording production data, and collaborating with other production team members Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment to meet production targets About You Proven experience within manufacturing or machine process industry High risk license - forklift LF Reliable and safety-focused with a strong work ethic Available for an immediate start Benefits on offer Excellent work life balance - Afternoon shifts offering Mon-Thursday 2pm-10pm with early shifts on Friday of 12pm-6pm allowing you to ease into the weekend.
