We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead a busy franchised service department within a well-established automotive dealership. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-bay workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, team performance, and quality outcomes. Reporting to the senior management team, you will play a key leadership role focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and business performance. This is a hands-on role leading a team of technicians, controllers, and support staff. Your ability to coach and develop others, while managing operational KPIs such as utilisation, rework and profitability, will be essential to success. Key Requirements: Previous experience managing a high volume, franchised dealership workshop Strong team leadership and staff development skills Familiarity with common franchise systems and processes A focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes Safety-first approach with attention to workshop compliance Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to track, analyse and report on key operational KPIs Full Australian working rights High volume dealership is essential, with strong DMS experience. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary package aligned with experience, plus potential commissions and overtime.
