Who are we looking for? We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our aviation operations across multiple bases. If you’re a results-focused aviation professional with strong leadership and operational planning skills, we’d love to welcome you onboard. Your role: In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing and managing daily flight operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency Leading and coordinating teams across multiple bases to maintain smooth operational delivery Building strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and aviation stakeholders Managing performance, capacity planning, and operational reporting Driving consistency in processes and ensuring adherence to CASA and company standards The essential requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in airline or charter operations, preferably under CASA Part 135 Proven leadership and people management skills within aviation operations Strong knowledge of CASA requirements and safety management systems Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays Ability to obtain and hold an ASIC Additional qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in aviation, management, or a related field are desirable.
