Kresner Group Property Management and Investment Admin Family Office Support Role Location : Woollahra, Sydney (100m from Bondi Junction train station) Position Type: full time About Us: Kresner Group is a small, dynamic family office based in Woollahra, Sydney, focusing on different aspects of investment in property and investment in a range of other asset classes. The owners of Kresner Group are also the owners of Advantaged Care a developer and operator of high quality residential aged care services. We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team and assist in administrative, property management, investment admin, and personal support tasks. Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to property management, investment administration, and providing personal support to the owners. The role involves a mix of administrative duties, property management tasks, and occasional event planning assistance. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the maintenance of property portfolio, including liaising with agents, tenants, handling lease agreements, and overseeing property maintenance tasks. · Assist in investment administration, including application processes, record-keeping, reporting, and documentation. · Support the owners with personal administrative tasks, scheduling, and other ad hoc requests. · Maintain organized filing systems and databases for efficient data management. · Coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including external vendors and clients. · Occasionally supporting event planning and gift organisation. Requirements: · Previous experience in administrative roles, property management, or investment administration is highly desirable. · Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment. · Knowledge of the real estate practices and or investment management is advantageous Location and Work Schedule: Our office is conveniently located in Woollahra, just 100 meters from Bondi Junction train station. The position is open for 4- 5 days a week, providing flexibility in scheduling.
