Occupational Therapist - (Full Time) We're seeking a fabulous new full time OT to join our team. Salary range $80,000-95,000 Key Duties: ●Conduct assessments to understand each child’s strengths and needs. ●Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans to support functional goals across home, school, and community settings. ●Work with children presenting with a range of needs including sensory processing challenges, self-care and regulation or attention needs. ●Provide direct therapy sessions in our clinics and local school environments. ●Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a consistent, goal-focused approach. ●Offer practical strategies and environmental supports to promote participation in everyday activities. ●Maintain accurate and professional documentation, including reports for families and funding bodies. ●Support capacity building through parent coaching, teacher consultation, and workshops as needed. ●Pursue ongoing professional development and reflective practice. Important Criteria: ●A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) ●An understanding how to meet your own needs within your workplace. ●Superb time management skills, attention to detail and excellent communication. ●A warm, genuine manner, well developed interpersonal skills and an ability to foster rapport with a diverse range of clients and their families. ●You are smart, practical, kind and generally fabulous with a good sense of self outside of your work. ●Seeking a dynamic, flexible workplace.
