Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to join our Kieser Collingwood clinic in a new dual role focussed as a Physiotherapist and Business Development. This role is dedicated to driving our passion for developing depth within medical partner relationships and servicing our General Practitioner (GP) and Allied Health Professional (AHP) referrals to the highest standard. In addition, as a Physiotherapist at Kieser, you will combine traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training to clients, to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most. Responsibilities Include Medical Partners – GP and AHP Act as a liaison between referring medical partners and mutual patients Prospecting medical referrers, coordination of meetings and engagement opportunities Creation of direct referral pathways and triage referrals throughout region clinics Initiation & implementation of multi-disciplinary case conferencing (MBS & CPD) Creation & implementation of engagement strategy utilising available resources Educational events execution (CPD and Non-CPD) Documentation of all engagement/ interaction in MedKonnect Work alongside Specialist RPL teams to create innovative engagement strategy & introductions Physiotherapist Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists Consult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case management Use objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisions Educate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomes Access state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostics Build and maintain relationships with external referrers Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards If you are a Physiotherapist, seeking to develop their commercial acumen and facilitate leadership growth, we want to hear from you.
