Position Overview – Photography & Visual Content Work Experience (6-Weeks): We are offering a part-time, 6-week unpaid on-site Work Experience / Placement opportunity focused on Content Creation, Photography, Graphic Design, and Video Production at our Richmond Atelier. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to contribute creatively to a luxury fashion brand while gaining real-world experience in visual storytelling, brand content development, and digital media production. Working closely with our Founder and reporting to the Atelier and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring A-ESQUE’s brand vision to life through compelling visuals and creative digital content. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and producing visual content for social media and marketing channels • Capture and edit still photography and video for digital campaigns • Support the creation of graphic assets for web, social media, and email marketing • Help manage visual content archives and digital asset libraries • Participate in visual storytelling for product launches, studio life, and events • Collaborate with the team on concepts, mood boards, and shoot planning About You: • Currently pursuing a degree in Photography, Design, Media, Communications, or a related creative field • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar) • Confident with camera equipment and photo/video editing • A strong eye for detail and design aesthetics • Passionate about storytelling, fashion, and digital content creation • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment Why Join Us: This placement is ideal for emerging creatives looking to expand their portfolio and gain insight into the creative process behind a luxury fashion brand.
