Baillie Lodges is looking for a Groups & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Team for a full-time maternity leave cover (9 months), reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in creating world-class group travel and event experiences across our luxury lodge portfolio. From first enquiry to the final farewell, you’ll be the end-to-end professional who ensures every detail is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered at our lodges. What you’ll do:Manage and qualify incoming group enquiries, helping to influence and achieve sales targets.Curate tailored proposals and contracts for clients, delivering timely, creative solutions.Coordinate every detail - from guest numbers and dietary needs to onsite itineraries and site visits.Collaborate closely with lodge teams to ensure smooth onsite event execution.Manage deposits, payments, and group bookings in our systems with accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain precise records in our CRM, ensuring reports and pipelines are always up to date.Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering the exceptional service Baillie Lodges is known for.Compile accurate weekend and monthly group reports, ensuring data integrity at all times.Support the Sales Team with administrative and planning tasks, from trade shows to famil coordination.Be a brand ambassador, representing Baillie Lodges at key events when required. QualificationsExperience in group sales, events coordination, or reservations (hospitality/tourism background a bonus). Familiarity with RMS and HubSpot systems highly regarded.
