This role is casual looking to work Saturday 8am - 12pm on a fortnightly roster with the flexibility to provide coverage during staff leave. About the Role As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of our Drouin clinic, stepping in during periods of staff annual leave or illness. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with warmth and professionalism Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS Maintaining a calm, organised, and friendly front desk environment What We’re Looking For: Casual role Saturday 8am - 12pm every Fortnight with flexibility as needed A friendly, confident demeanour and genuine interest in people An enthusiasm for wellness and holistic healthcare Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks A calm, can-do attitude and a professional presentation Excellent communication skills to ensure patients feel at ease Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is welcomed but not required as we provide full training and ongoing support.
