Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices to support client decision-making. Candidate Sourcing & AttractionProactively source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, Reed, TotalJobs, CV-Library, Monster). Leverage professional networking sites such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive talent. Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles. Screening & SelectionReview CVs and applications to assess suitability against role requirements. Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. Manage candidate expectations, ensuring clear communication of role details, timelines, and feedback. Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients with supporting candidate profiles. Recruitment Process ManagementCoordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback post-interview. Negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates on behalf of clients and candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with client HR teams. Database & AdministrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse, or Workday. Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track client and candidate interactions. Generate regular reports and analytics to track recruitment performance and pipeline health. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations, data protection laws (GDPR), and internal policies. Business Development (Optional/Depending on Role Level)Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand professional networks. Contribute to marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, blog posts, and candidate engagement events. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Negotiation and influencing skills to secure the best outcomes for clients and candidates. Qualifications & Experience (Generic) Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house). Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries. Knowledge of employment law, diversity & inclusion practices, and GDPR compliance in recruitment. Background in client-facing or target-driven environments is advantageous.
