Description and Requirements We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to serve as the focal point for our Global Account customers. This role involves managing post-sales queries and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues. The position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer queries, including shipment/arrival dates, product lifecycle updates, and escalations. Manage order quality issues to meet defined targets and ensure appropriate actions and escalations are in place. Oversee order backlog to ensure timely fulfillment within Lenovo’s agreed service lead times. Respond to all customer and internal requests professionally and promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team. Identify potential problems, flag them proactively, and drive root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-sales support. Provide regular updates and reports to management on fulfillment performance. Position Requirements Proven experience in customer support, sales support, or back-office administrative roles. Proficiency in PC operations and software packages, including MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Positive attitude with strong customer care and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities. Strong time and task management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
