About the role Provide hands-on technical support and training to trade customers in the automotive and industrial refinishing sector. Duties Provide technical support and training to trade customers across the automotive and industrial refinishing sector Assist with installation and setup of paint systems, ensuring smooth handover and correct usage Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, including colour matching, primers, application techniques, and compatibility Conduct on-site demonstrations of new products, tools, and systems Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and help convert new business with strong technical backing Act as the go-to contact for technical enquiries and post-sale support Help customers get the most out of their product range through ongoing coaching, product advice, and hands-on support Stay current with product developments, industry trends, and training methods Travel regularly across your assigned territory to support client needs on-site Skills and experience Trade-qualified spray painter with minimum 6 years hands-on experience in panel shops or refinishing.
