With a strong presence in Queensland, the company specialises in automotive paints, consumables, and parts, supporting workshops and businesses with reliable supply solutions. About the role A hands-on, multi-skilled warehouse position involving both logistics and customer service, ideal for someone with experience in automotive parts. Duties Coordinate the daily operations of a small branch team ensuring smooth handling of both warehouse and customer service functions Manage receiving, dispatching, and inventory of automotive paint and parts Interpret customer needs and assist with parts/product selection via phone and email Process orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch to local trade customers Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and monitor stock levels Liaise with trade customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support and quick turnaround times Troubleshoot product or delivery issues and escalate as needed Contribute to overall branch efficiency and help create a supportive team environment Use internal systems to manage orders, inventory, and customer interactions Skills and experience Experience in automotive parts interpretation (dealer, aftermarket or similar trade environments) desirable but not essential Confident managing both phone/email communication and hands-on warehouse tasks Reliable, organised, and proactive in running daily warehouse operations Excellent attention to detail when picking, packing, and dispatching orders Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team Good communication skills and a helpful, customer-first attitude Computer-literate and confident using inventory/order management systems Forklift licence preferred but not essential Must be based near or able to reliably travel to Brendale QLD Benefits Competitive salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (negotiable) Formal training opportunities – Cert 3 Supply Chain or Cert 4 Leadership & Management Opportunity to work in a respected and growing automotive business Supportive, friendly team culture How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
