Primary Duties Guide and oversee teams of technicians and trainees. Handle safety protocols and regulatory paperwork. Oversee on-site interactions with clients for seamless communication. Prepare essential operational records, including hazard risk assessments, vehicle checks, and time logs. Relay daily updates on project status, challenges, modifications, potential risks, and key details to all involved parties. Engage with clients to deliver outstanding service. Manage installations involving patch panels, networking switches, servers, and various ICT hardware. Perform fibre optic cabling setups. Identify and resolve faults through thorough diagnostics and testing. Execute splicing techniques, including ribbon methods. Conduct Fluke-based evaluations.
