About the role: Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children, Be part of a collaborative teaching team, Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service, Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment, Maintain positive working relationships with all team members, Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times. To be successful in this role you need: To possess a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current and valid Working with Children’s Check, Current first aid, CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training, Demonstrate knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early years learning framework (EYLF).
