This contractor has a strong track record delivering quality construct-only projects valued up to $25M and is known for their reliable systems and supportive culture. This role offers the perfect mix of office and site exposure, giving you the chance to stay close to delivery while developing your commercial expertise in a secure and long-term role. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts and subcontracts from award through to final close-out Prepare and oversee variations, claims, procurement, and compliance documentation Support Project Managers and site teams with cost tracking and reporting Ensure budgets and progress align with project targets Maintain document control and reporting using Procore What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience as a CA on WA commercial projects ($10M–$25M preferred) Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and cost management Experience with Procore or similar project systems highly regarded Perth-based commercial experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Competitive salary up to $150K Super Balanced role: 50/50 office and site-based exposure Work on diverse, mid-tier projects across Perth Robust systems and strong project delivery teams Long-term role with a respected WA commercial builder �� Send your CV to tenrecruit.com.au or call (08) 6118 22for a confidential discussion.
