About the role Westralia car care is seeking an experienced and driven Service Advisor/Assistant Manager to join our busy, modern automotive workshop located in Balcatta, WA. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our workshop runs efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and experience in a customer-facing role. What you'll be doing Providing high-quality customer service and managing client relationships Booking in vehicles for scheduled services and repairs, and providing accurate estimates Overseeing the workflow of the workshop and ensuring jobs are completed on time Monitoring stock levels and ordering parts as required Supporting the Workshop Manager in day-to-day operations and business management Assisting with the training and supervision of junior staff Maintaining detailed records and providing reports as needed What we're looking for At least 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and staff Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to understand and explain complex issues to customers A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team A current driver's licence What we offer At Westralia car care, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
