Sadaqa Welfare Fund (SWF) is a fast-growing charity organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications across backend and frontend. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain backend services using Laravel (10/11, PHP 8) . Build modern, interactive user interfaces with React.js / Next.js . Work with Blade templates and Livewire components for admin dashboards. Design and optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and implement caching/queues (Redis). Create and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs . Implement background jobs, real-time workflows, and queue-based systems. Work in containerised environments (Docker). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, DevOps, project management). Write clean, testable code with PHPUnit or Pest and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. What We’re Looking For Solid commercial experience with Laravel 10/11 and PHP 8 . Comfortable across the full stack: backend modern frontend ( React/Next.js ). Knowledge of Livewire v3 , TailwindCSS, Vite, Node.js and modern tooling. Strong database skills and hands-on Redis experience. Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews). Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently on larger tasks while contributing to the overall technical direction of the project. Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
