About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic receptionist who will work full-time in our Gold Coast clinic in Bundall. This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with patients, third-party organisations and expert clinicians on our team. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment. You will be trained to provide: Excellent customer service and confident communication skills over the phone and in person Manage the daily operational requirements of running a busy clinic, supporting the clinicians and their patients; Converting phone enquiries into bookings and following up opportunities. Skills & Experience: Previous administrative and customer service experience is highly advantageous, but not essential. The Gold Coast Headache and Migraine Clinic is a fast-paced environment and we require someone who is capable of prioritising and multi-tasking. We need someone who is a problem solver and takes initiative with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude to look after our patients and the company. Your ability to navigate technology and social media is an advantage, i.e. creating social media posts, following up on enquires, using email and learning our cloud-based patient management system.
