The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and dynamic, possessing a culture-driven mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. They are expected to bring their unique skill set and solution focused thinking to the role, always eager to learn and committed to going the extra mile to achieve results. This is a hands-on delivery role, working with our Event Director to problem solve and turn creative ideas into a reality. Your role will involve working on an integrated project across sport, culture and entertainment, supporting with event logistics on-site and in the lead up to the events. What we're looking for: A team player who is solutions focused with a keen attention to detail. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to speak to partners, suppliers, stakeholders and clients confidently. We're after someone who: Has 4-5 years' work experience in sports eventsHas a solution-focused attitude and is keen to make things happenThrives working with suppliers across multiple workstreams working to tight deadlinesIs proficient in creating and presenting decks in PowerPoint & strong Microsoft skill setIs passionate about sport and entertainment, ideally with strong knowledge of Australian sportsHas worked with VIP clients on travel and accommodation requirementsHas experience in managing and maintaining budgetsHas experience in event set-up and managing multiple stakeholders on-siteHas exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA strong eye for & attention to detail What you'll do: Support all aspects of client and project management, including status calls, agendas, status tracker and contact reportsSet up and manage critical paths, budget trackers and operation manualsAssist in the development of briefing presentations for clients and suppliersBrief our creative team on design concepts to support client workCreate and foster relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors, production houses and talent managersManage Event Safety Management Plans, Risk Assessments and supplier information required for legal documentationBrief and manage event team including building run sheetsWork into project timelines, budgets, briefs and project statuses across multiple workstreamsAbility to travel interstate for site visits and event periodsOnboard and facilitate the payment of suppliersLead on comprehensive post-event wrap reports detailing deliverables, learnings and recommendations for future events Why Join Us?
