Senior Lawyer (3 years PAE) Commercial/Litigation About the business and the role With offices in Sydney CBD, South West Sydney & the Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Coutts Lawyers & Conveyancers provides quality legal services to clients in a range of areas including Environmental, Local Government and Planning, Family law, Employment law, Commercial law, wills & probate and property matters. The business requires a passionate and dedicated Senior Lawyer to work across Commercial, Litigation with 3 years experience in their Narellan office. Job tasks and responsibilities This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join a dynamic, young, successful law firm with offices across southwestern Sydney and a team of vibrant, talented, strategic lawyers. You will act for clients across a variety of industries as well as individuals. The Senior Lawyer in this role must deliver high quality, high value, timely legal advice and legal services for a number of clients. You will need demonstrated experience in: A variety of Commercial/Litigation law matters Attending and participating in conferences and hearings Building and developing client relationships Developing and managing own file loads Experience using Leap documents & LEAP accounting systems Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels Exposure to Workers Compensation & Employment Law A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and commercial strategy skills You must also: Hold a current New South Wales practising certificate Have general experience in Commercial, litigation areas of law NSW drivers license Ability to meet KPIs At least 3 year PAE and have experience in a law firm This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Lawyer with 3 years in Commercial/Litigation Lawyer to further develop their skills.
