The Role We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Manager – Commercial & Events to join our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, this pivotal role will lead partnerships, commercial strategy, and events while overseeing marketing and communications activity. You’ll be responsible for: Managing, servicing and growing corporate and community partnerships Driving new commercial opportunities to grow league revenue Overseeing delivery of key league events (Season Launch, Club Conference, B2B Breakfast, Presentation Night, etc.) Leading marketing & communications, ensuring effective partner activations and engaging digital content Building strong relationships with clubs, stakeholders, partners and suppliers Representing the league at events, forums and community initiatives About You We are looking for an energetic leader with proven commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (business, marketing, sport management) – desirable Demonstrated success in revenue generation, sponsorship, and partnership management Strong event management and people leadership experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities A passion for sport, ideally with an understanding of community or junior football Why Join Us?
