We’re looking for a Centre Facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals. F.I.R.S.T. is a grassroots, member-driven organisation that provides community access across Logan, Brisbane, Bayside, and surrounding areas in addition to group support based at our centers in Eagleby and Loganholme. We focus on empowerment, social connection, skills building, having fun, safety, and well-being, and are committed to having high-quality well-trained staff. Key Responsibilities: Drive and direct programs to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. Take on other reasonable duties as required or directed. Communicate effectively with team members, service users, and stakeholders. Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail. Bring enthusiasm and contagious energy to the team. Recognise and respond to the individual needs of service users. Adapt flexibly to a variety of situations and challenges. Work collaboratively within a team and confidently on your own.
