Located in Kensington we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. About the role As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will report to the Purchasing Manager. With a versatile set of responsibilities, you will be highly suited to this opportunity if you enjoy working in a dynamic and teamwork environment and are savvy with paperless technology. This is ideal for someone with a strong warehousing background who is also happy to be hands-on with administration duties. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential. Duties Pick and Pack Forklift driving license– experience with up to 7m high Boxing, palletising, and shrink wrapping Loading and unloading trucks and containers Moving stock within the warehouse Receiving goods, including checking quality of goods received and dispatched Maintaining stock control of parts and materials Ensuring that the warehouse is tidy and organised at all times Familiar with OH & S Standards and report any hazards immediately Tracking customer returns, within warehouse Dispatching – including booking couriers/transport companies Regular stock checks Ensuring entry or exit of any product, part, or item from the warehouse is accompanied by the correct paperwork Coordinate forklift maintenance Communicating stock levels with Factory Manager and Purchasing manager Communicating with customer service as to product availability, dispatch and customer returns to the warehouse Assisting with annual stocktakes Make recommendations on improving warehouse operations and stock control system Occasional drop off and pickups using company vehicle Skills and experience: Current manual motor vehicle and Forklift Licences with experience of up to 7m high Current Drivers License Have excellent organisation and time management skills Intermediate Computer Skills Excellent Communication skills Strong customer service focus – including a focus for on time and complete deliveries Be self-driven and motivated to take ownership of this autonomous role Reliable & Committed Be able to lift up to allowable weights Experience with the dispatch of export goods is advantageous
