The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead civil site operations across renewable and telecom projects nationwide. You’ll shape a new civil team, set high standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key responsibilities: Run day-to-day site operations to keep projects on track Plan, schedule, and manage program works against deadlines Lead, mentor, and develop site teams Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively Interpret and work from construction drawings Champion site safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards Use project management systems to maintain accurate reporting and documentation About You You’ll bring proven experience in civil construction supervision and the confidence to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
