Job Description YOUR ROLE The Mission Research Analyst is a key contributor to realising the evangelising mission of Catholic education through research, data analysis and strategy development. Reporting to the Manager, School and Parish Engagement, this role supports school improvement and faith formation initiatives through evidence-informed practices and stakeholder collaboration. You will design and implement data strategies that measure the effectiveness of Catholic mission in schools, contribute to professional learning, and support the implementation of the School Improvement Framework (SIF) Rubric. This role plays a vital part in strengthening school and parish partnerships and developing tools and insights that enable effective leadership, strategic planning, and religious education across MACS schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a Catholic professional with research, project management, and data skills to influence meaningful transformation across the MACS system. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the renewal of school improvement strategies and school review processes aligned to Catholic Mission and Identity. Design and implement data collection and reporting processes to monitor mission effectiveness across schools. Collaborate on the co-design of initiatives, strategy, and policy to enhance school improvement and accountability. Develop and maintain databases to support decision-making across school and parish engagement. Assist in the coordination of professional learning programs that build leadership and capacity in Catholic mission. Evaluate and report on the impact of faith formation, religious education, and leadership initiatives using research-based methods. Provide support in the implementation and review of the School Improvement Framework Rubric. Work collaboratively across the CMI team and contribute to system-wide mission-related projects and reporting. ABOUT YOU You are a practicing Catholic engaged in a Eucharistic community and committed to the evangelising mission of the Catholic Church. You have strong communication skills and can work across a diverse range of stakeholders. You have advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualisation capabilities, with a strong eye for detail. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a strong ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
