This role is responsible for leading all aspects of residential aged care operations - from care governance and resident experience to financial performance, compliance, and workforce management. The Role: Oversee daily operations of the residential service. Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care. Drive resident satisfaction and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Manage budgets, billing, procurement, and occupancy. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks. About You: Minimum 2 years in Residential Service Management Registered Nurse AHPRA registration (Required) NDIS Workers Check (Required) Full Working Rights in Australia Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven experience in care governance, compliance, and financial management.
