This role will be pivotal in helping to build our Central Coast presence. You will be well supported remotely by the NSW State Manager and wider leadership team. Professional Development: $1,500 2 days leave monthly in-house PD The role involves: Manage a caseload and deliver participant-centred therapy programs Assess functional capacity and provide evidence-based interventions Develop participant goals and recommend environmental adaptations including assistive technology Mentor and guide junior clinicians Build specialised expertise in areas of interest About You: Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) 2 years’ experience (direct NDIS experience – highly regarded) Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Exceptional communication and time management skills Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving Honesty, integrity and a positive approach.
