Parabellum International is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-driven Project Services Managers to oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites. You’ll lead site teams, ensuring workforce readiness, effective rostering, and smooth operational execution and maintaining strong client relationships, driving performance in line with, compliance, safety standards, and managing all aspects of contract performance. About the Role: As a Project Services Manager, you’ll lead the seamless delivery of contracts across multiple client sites, with a strong focus on building and managing high-impact client relationships. You'll drive operational execution, lead site teams, and ensure every project meets, safety, and compliance standards. From mobilisation to close-out, you’ll oversee performance, financials, and workforce readiness—partnering closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Snapshot of Responsibilities As a Project Services Manager, you will: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of your allocated contracts across multiple client sites Lead site teams and ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution. Ensure all project processes and procedures are in place and operational Build and maintain strong client relationships at operational and senior levels Ensure contracts are delivered in line with KPIs, compliance, and safety standards Manage contract performance including financial oversight (P&L, cost control, invoicing) Lead mobilisation/demobilisation of services in line with scope changes or project phases Work collaboratively with HSEQ, HR/IR, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment About You We’re looking for people who thrive in complex operational environments and have the drive to lead from the front. You’ll ideally have: 5 years’ experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectors Proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery Strong commercial acumen – P&L ownership, variation management, and contract compliance Excellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skills Strong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworks Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations Willingness to travel to client sites regularly (remote/FIFO locations) Qualifications in operations, project management or emergency/medical/security are desirable Why Join Us?
