About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team, reporting to the National Credit Manager and supporting our stores across WA and SA. In this role, you will: Manage credit control for 1,200-1,500 customers across multiple stores Chase overdue accounts, minimise risk exposure, and improve customer payment outcomes Review and set up new customer credit applications and accounts Monitor and reconcile ledgers, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records in Pronto ERP Prepare reports, review credit bureau data, and lodge PPSRs where required Partner with store managers to balance customer service, collections, and commercial realities About You: We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running – confident, resilient, and commercially minded. You’ll be able to influence both customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a positive customer experience.
