To help scale our national operations, we need a highly strategic and technical sales specialist to join our growing team in North Sydney. The Role: Turn Inbound Leads Into High-Impact Wins This is a high-performance technical sales role with strong support and structured onboarding to set you up for success. After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll engage with 4-6 qualified inbound leads daily via phone or video - each of whom have expressed serious interest in transitioning to solar and clean energy solutions. You'll be responsible for: Understanding each customer's energy usage, goals, and property requirements . Recommending the most suitable solution from our suite of clean energy products , including solar panel systems, battery storage, EV chargers, and smart home technologies . Clearly explaining product benefits, technical specifications , and cost-saving advantages . Managing the sales process end-to-end , including proposal generation and follow-up. Leveraging the strength of a trusted global brand with a commitment to sustainability. There is no cold calling . Instead, you’ll focus on consultative selling and converting warm leads into high-impact outcomes — for both the customer and the environment. You’ll be supported by an experienced State Sales Manager and work from a collaborative, high-energy office alongside a motivated and high-performing team.
