Job Title: SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant Location: Melbourne Employment Type: Permanent Are you an experienced SAP Payroll professional with full end-to-end implementation expertise? We’re looking for a talented SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our client’s team in Melbourne on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex SAP Payroll projects, engaging directly with stakeholders and driving solutions from design through to go-live. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations, from blueprinting and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. Conduct workshops with clients to capture and document business requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions. Configure SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring documentation, testing, and quality assurance standards are met. Support clients throughout testing phases including UAT, parallel testing, and payroll reconciliations. Manage data cleansing, mapping, and conversion activities, ensuring smooth transition into production. Proactively identify and escalate risks, scope changes, or project issues to ensure delivery success. Stay up to date with SAP product developments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance and training to enhance team capability. Skills & Experience 2–5 years’ experience in SAP Payroll, with proven full end-to-end implementation project experience. Strong functional knowledge of Payroll processes and integration with HR and Time Management systems. Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
