This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in administration, accounts, or data entry, looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process Bank Statements on a daily basis Liaise and follow up with Departments for Receipt and Payment details Reconcile and follow up Vehicle Debtors Answer Dealership Vehicle funds receipt queries Reconcile and follow up Parts & Service Debtors Monthly reconciliation for Bank Accounts Monthly reconciliation for both Vehicle and Parts & Service Debtors Ensure daily processing of Vic Roads payments Process Daily Banking Deposits Undertake other clerical duties as required About you: Previous experience in an accounts or administration role Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Benefits: Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth!
