Leadership Profile Proven executive capability in mining or heavy industry with full P&L accountability. Advanced commercial and financial acumen - modelling, forecasting, and enforcing cost control to protect margins. Skilled at leading technical teams, influencing large workforces, and managing stakeholder relationships. Data-driven, outcome-focused, and agile in approach. High emotional intelligence, bridging communication between financial and technical groups. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or engineering; MBA highly regarded.
