Current Opportunities: Option 1 - Permanent hours working 50-60 hours a fortnight, start times ranging from 6:30am to shifts finishing as late as 7pm. Picture a roster pattern based on your availability! Option 2 - 50 hour fortnight, overnight sleep shift. As a Rover you will have a set roster pattern, however each shift could be at a different home. What you’ll do Support person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals and working to achieve them; Join customers in the community and do recreational activities; Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointments; Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties and mandatory reporting What you’ll bring Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships; Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes; An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities; A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
