On behalf of Lockeroom, Australia's most exclusive private training club and wellness hub for executives, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Corporate Sports Development & Performance Programs Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and promoting structured sports programs that encourage participation and performance among members. A major component of the role will involve the design and delivery of specialised Hyrox training programs, organising internal competitions, and preparing members for participation in international Hyrox events. In addition, the position will oversee the development of a tailored boxing program, working in close collaboration with Lockeroom's boxing coaches to promote the sport as a pathway to physical fitness, resilience, and mental wellbeing in high-pressure professional environments. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Plan, coordinate, and implement a structured Hyrox and boxing development programs tailored for Lockeroom's executive members, from introductory sessions through to advanced skill-based training. Design Hyrox training plans that prepare members for internal competitions and support progression to national and international Hyrox events. Work closely with boxing coaches to develop sport-specific training plans that address both physical fitness and mental resilience. Promote both Hyrox and boxing as tools for stress management, performance enhancement, and mental health support in high-pressure professional environments. Develop and manage sport-based events and workshops, including Hyrox competitions, boxing exhibitions, small-group training challenges, and other member engagement activities. Encourage participation in sports programs across the membership base, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for varying skill levels. Collaborate with external sporting bodies, competition organisers, and wellness experts to strengthen program content, competition pathways, and overall outcomes. Monitor member engagement, performance, and feedback, producing reports and recommendations to continuously improve sports programs. Integrate sports development initiatives with Lockeroom's broader health and performance framework, including nutrition, strength training, and recovery protocols. Promote sports programs through internal communications, events, and the Lockeroom app to drive awareness, engagement, and sustained participation. Ensure all programs, competitions, and training sessions meet safety, compliance and professional coaching standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in developing and delivering structured sports programs, with experience in boxing, combat sports, or Hyrox-style functional fitness programs highly regarded. Strong understanding of the role of sport in mental health, resilience, and stress management, particularly for high-performance or executive environments. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-faceted programs involving coaches, external sporting bodies, wellness experts, and participants. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a capacity to motivate and engage diverse participants. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
