Your new role: As a Data Maintenance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting accurate health information management across QEII Jubilee Hospital. Working within Health Information Management Services, you'll help safeguard patient safety by ensuring data quality, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate medical records. Key responsibilities include: Performing data maintenance across health information systems (ieMR, HBCIS, QMPI) Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and system errors Supporting staff through training materials, manuals, and guidance on data practices Conducting quality audits and assisting with accreditation processes Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements Fostering collaborative working relationships with clinical and administrative staff About you: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of maintaining data accuracy and supporting clinical teams. About us: The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department.
