Due to significant growth after recently securing a number of major WA Infrastructure projects, Georgiou is seeking a Planner with civil engineering drafting experience to join our team. We build teams that reflect the diverse communities in which we live and work What you'll bring Previous experience in planning and/or drafting roles within the civil construction industry Strong skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and advanced Excel Commercial knowledge of variations, claims for delay and cost estimation Exposure to earned value management and reporting Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships What you'll do Prepare sketches, charts, tabulations, plans and designs for civil engineering works such as drainage, water supply, sewerage reticulation systems, roads, airports, dams, bridges and other structures Review construction drawings and specifications to support reliable project scheduling Perform and direct fieldwork and laboratory testing, including materials and soils testing, and collect data for traffic surveys Interpret work assignment instructions, apply appropriate procedures and select equipment Collect and analyse data, and carry out computations to support planning outputs Inspect civil engineering works and contribute to organising and supervising maintenance and repair activities Provide engaging weekly and monthly reporting, including earned value metrics such as SPI, CPI and SV Identify opportunities to optimise project programs and mitigate risks to delivery timelines Our best offer Competitive salary package plus site allowance and retention bonus (full-time option) Growing business with career development opportunities Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements Friendly, supportive and inclusive work environment * The opportunity to work with a diverse and engaged team At Georgiou, we value care, integrity and excellence.
