We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client - a global manufacturer and supplier of suspension systems and components for the transportation industry. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accuracy of inventory, and performance of your team. What you'll be doing: Supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control Leading and supporting a small team to meet productivity and safety goals Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow Maintaining accurate stock levels and documentation Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy, stock variances, and on-time dispatch Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with WHS standards What we're looking for: Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and forklift operations (Counter Balance and High Reach) Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement If you're an experienced warehouse leader ready for the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
