About the opportunity Our Customer Service/Project Coordinators are integral members of the operations team, with the key focus of this role being to guide and support our customers throughout the preconstruction phase of their new home as well as ensuring a complete and quality file is ready for the construction team. • Working closely with a portfolio of customers providing exceptional service and ensuring they feel genuinely cared for • Work within a fast-paced energetic and caring team, providing solutions to problems • Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start stage, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available when needed • Ensure all information is collated for other McDonald Jones Homes departments so that they can complete their works accurately • Complete time critical administrative tasks and deadlines About you You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: • A commitment to providing professional and exceptional customer experience • Previous experience is a customer service and support role • The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads • Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry (desirable – not necessary) • Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite Interested?
