Overview Lead a variety of consultancy projects for our infrastructure clients, from technical advice to transformational programs. Identify, pursue, and deliver work for rail sector clients, with the support of our Technical Directors and Consultants/Senior Consultants. Develop follow-on opportunities to grow our presence in the transport sector. Work with global colleagues to deliver work, grow our organisational knowledge, and contribute to the development of new services. Be part of our team’s leadership, with line management for junior consultants, and a desire to mentor and support their development. This role may include short-term travel across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications Degree level qualification preferred (engineering, business, economics, or other relevant field), or technical qualifications gained in industry Significant experience working in the rail or transports sectors in Australia and New Zealand Exposure to regulatory frameworks for the transport sector, and deep understanding of rail sector challenges and opportunities Experience leading teams to deliver quality outcomes, including line management, performance management and mentoring Growing professional networks through proactive industry engagement and professional membership bodies Proven experience delivering quality service to internal or external customers, with good communication and ability to build rapport Business planning, including commercial management, risk management and planning Desirable Experience (not Essential) Asset management capability assessment and improvement road-mapping Delivering transformational, multi-year programs Rail sector safety and technical planning Asset management software system management or implementation Additional Information Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
