Overview KidStrong is seeking a General Manager to lead a center as the heartbeat of operations, sales, leadership, and coaching. You will inspire and drive success by empowering coaches and serving families, with a focus on growth, development, and excellence. Responsibilities CENTER OPERATIONS: Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions; build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families; oversee center-level initiatives (maintenance, training, brand consistency); daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance; manage the weekly coaching schedule and ensure shifts are covered; schedule and sell KidStrong events (camps, parties) to maximize profitability; support the center\'s social media presence and respond to inquiries. SALES: Maintain lead management in the center\'s CRM; finalize sales and bookings from online self-sign-up; source and attend local events to increase brand awareness and memberships. LEADERSHIP: Foster a coaching culture; manage the center\'s AGM and coaching team; recruit, interview, onboard, train, and coach staff; support ongoing professional development; lead monthly center-level staff meetings; communicate professionally via Slack and Email; attend weekly leadership meetings. COACHING: Deliver an evolving curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages from walking to approximately 11 years; communicate the KidStrong curriculum clearly; implement programming and curriculum elements; work in a physically active environment and assist with safety; provide 5–10 coaching hours per week. Skills/Qualifications Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids aged 15 months to 11 years; passion for working with children. Comfortable speaking with parents/guardians about a variety of topics. Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, not required. Previous management experience is required. Basic proficiency with technology systems (Google Workspace) and CRM tools (Hubspot, Podium, KidStrong systems). Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
