The College has two campuses catering for students in Year 10-12. Head of College Reporting to School Board Commencing in Term 1, 2026 Role Highlights The Head of College is responsible and accountable to the Board for the effective leadership and the overall management of the College. Key Accountabilities: Represents the Board on a day-to-day basis. Provides leadership in determining the School’s overall educational direction with the Board, and in developing and promoting the College, as well as implementing Board and College strategies, policies and decisions. Manages the various functions and activities of the College, overseeing educational programs, finances, assets, human resources, communications and major projects. Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications related to educational leadership (Masters of Educational Leadership, etc.). Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain). Appropriate qualifications and executive leadership experience outlined above. Excellent communication skills and ability to build a strong leadership team and delegating effectively. Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education. Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and with a broad range of stakeholders. Evidence of effective strategic thinking and planning resulting in the delivery of defined outcomes. Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of the senior college.
