About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic inter disciplinary team on a full-time basis (Part-time or flexible hours will also be considered). This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, conducting engaging, evidence-based treatments that improve clients’ mobility, confidence, and quality of life. About the practice: Keep Moving Health Group is a mobile allied health practice based in Frenchs Forest servicing Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches and Northern Suburbs dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative and convenient allied health services to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to enable our clients to stay healthy, active and independent in their home. Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional and friendly attitude, and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored, evidence-based treatments to clients in their homes. Work alongside our allied health team, clients, families, and service providers to optimise outcomes. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using our online practice management system. Establish and build strong client relationships, providing encouragement and motivation for therapy and exercises. Travel to clients’ homes within our service area (company vehicle provided). Requirements: AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a recognised qualification in physiotherapy. Valid driver’s license and smartphone. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to elderly clients. Ability to build rapport quickly and motivate clients to engage in therapy. Experience in aged care settings is highly regarded. Proficiency in technology, including practice management software for documentation. Self-starter, able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team. Proof of Australian working rights – non-residents will not be considered.
