Hearth Australia is seeking an experienced Quality and Clinical Practice Manager to lead our accreditation, governance, and clinical oversight functions across the organisation. In this pivotal role, you will set and uphold standards for compliance, safety, and continuous improvement while shaping a culture of quality and accountability across both head office and support teams. You’ll also provide clinical leadership, training, and direct support for high-intensity healthcare needs to ensure safe, person-centred outcomes for NDIS participants. You will be primarily based in our Glen Iris office, with occasional travel required to our other Hearth offices and participant locations when required Why work at Hearth? We achieve this through fostering and cultivating long-term, sustainable relationships. · Rewarding work - see the people you've recruited succeed and grow over time! · Supportive and dynamic team environment · Ongoing training and development · Competitive salary · Hybrid working model · On-site parking · All work equipment provided What You’ll Lead and Drive in your role · Oversee accreditation programs, internal audits, and quality management systems. · Drive compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Safeguards Commission requirements, OHS legislation, and organisational policies. · Lead risk assessments, continuous improvement initiatives, and safeguarding frameworks. · Manage incident reporting, investigations, and Commission submissions. · Provide clinical oversight, nursing support, and high-intensity care governance. · Coordinate reportable incidents, restrictive practices, and behaviour support compliance. · Build a culture of quality, safety, clinical excellence, and workforce capability.
