The Role Join a team that’s driving growth in the mortgage broker industry. As a Sales & Broker Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with brokers and aggregators, supporting our Relationship Managers and Business Development team. Here’s what your day might look like: Team collaboration: Work closely with our Manila Relationship Management team to triage broker queues and ensure brokers get timely, effective support. Broker engagement: Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range including Residential, Commercial, SMSF, Construction, Alt Doc, and Personal Loans, delivering responses within expected timeframes. Tailored solutions: Respond to complex scenarios via email, offering clear, customised guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence. Service excellence: Maintain high-quality service while consistently meeting SLA response times. Smart quoting: Use Pepper Money’s tools and systems to generate detailed scenario quotes that support informed broker decision-making. CRM mastery: Accurately capture broker interactions in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across the team. Strategic thinking: Apply creative, outside-the-box thinking to help brokers structure deals that align with our credit appetite. About you You’re someone who knows how to build strong relationships and deliver great service. You communicate confidently with people at all levels and have a solid understanding of the lending space. Experience in financial services or mortgages: whether as a broker, lender, or relationship manager. If your background brings transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you. A good grasp of credit, so you can educate brokers effectively. Excellent customer service and people skills: you’re approachable, responsive, and solutions-focused.
