The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven Sales Assistant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding client service engagement across the Sunshine Coast region. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Account Executives and report directly to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager, based in Maroochydore. What you'll do: Deliver internal customer-focused services in a timely manner. Gain exposure to the media buying and planning process and an understanding of the media landscape. As the Media Buyer you will plan, create, book, and manage TV advertising campaigns based on target audiences to deliver to the client campaign brief. Oversee internal processes, ensuring timely Ad placements and smooth coordination across internal departments. Provide support through administration, account assistance, audience research and occasional Receptionist duties. What you'll bring: You’re a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll also have: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally but not essential, past office admin experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills. Great time management with the ability to meet deadlines. A willingness to learn a variety of tasks.
