The Role The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record in human resource and financial management and the ability to build strong relationships with all stake holders, at all levels. The ability to manage teams and support effective operations in the school office would be a key component of the role in a rapidly growing school. The EESP and large early childhood enrolment has created a large non-teaching staff team and the ability to support and manage non-teaching staff to grow and develop will be highly regarded. We are seeking an applicant who places a strong focus on their own professional growth and development and will ideally be keen to continue to learn and grow with a forward-thinking team. As a pilot school in Phase Two of Program Kaartdijin, we are looking for an MCS who preferably is familiar with current department programs and the ability to quickly and efficiently build knowledge in new programs.
